4. Payments & Refunds

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Final payment must be made before the project is delivered or launched. No refunds once work has commenced, except in cases where we fail to deliver as per the agreed contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All website and branding assets remain our property until full payment is received.Clients receive full rights to their website, logos, and branding materials upon final payment.We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Revisions & Approvals

Clients are entitled to [X] revision rounds as per the project scope.Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

7. Liability & Warranty
